2022. 8. 1. · I`m a novice PVPer and to my understanding eso/zos is trying to help the low end gamers. Why nerf the ring when I am getting some kind of chance to be successful at PVP. This the most that I have achieved during this event. Some of the advanced PVPer players are to strong and without the ring I would not have a chance.
